I don't have any exact "titles," but I can assure you if you choose my service, you won't be let down. I have quite a bit of experience designing webpages. I've done many commercial sites for friends, as well as personal sites (if you want to see some of my work, feel free to let me know). References are available; also, as a future computer science major, you will get the highest level of professionalism possible.
